Sometimes people come to therapy knowing exactly what they need to say. And sometimes they arrive carrying something they can't quite name — a heaviness, a distance from themselves, a child who seems unreachable. Both are welcome here. I work from the roots up, not from the surface down — tending to the whole person, not just the presenting problem.

I know what it is to carry something quietly for a long time — to not have the language for your own inner life, or to exist in spaces where that language isn't welcome. That knowing lives underneath everything I do as a therapist.
